The 11th CODECO Plenary Meeting, hosted by Telefonica in Madrid from July 16–18, 2025, brought together project partners to evaluate the progress made and set the stage for the final phase of the project. The meeting focused on refining project coordination, aligning on technical integrations like the CODECO toolkits, and advancing use-case experimentation. In addition to discussions on financial planning and risk management, key sessions covered dissemination strategies, standardization efforts, and the exploitation of project outcomes. With a clear roadmap for the remaining work, the meeting ensured all partners were aligned on the next critical steps towards successful project completion.
