The 9th CODECO Plenary Meeting hosted by ICOM, held from 4–6 February 2025 in Peania, Greece, brought together project partners to review progress, align plans for 2025, and advance technical, experimental, and exploitation activities. The meeting covered project coordination and management, detailed discussions on the CODECO Federated Computing Toolkit, updates on use cases and experimentation, and sessions on dissemination, standardization, and ecosystem development. Across three days, partners shared status updates, addressed risks and milestones, and focused on integration, collaboration, and long-term impact to ensure the successful continuation of the CODECO project
