The CODECO Kick-off Meeting was held on 16–17 January 2023 in Munich at the IBM Watson Research Center, bringing together all project partners to officially launch the project and align on its vision, objectives, and work plan. The meeting introduced the consortium, outlined the overall project roadmap, and addressed coordination, management, and administrative aspects, followed by detailed work plan discussions across all work packages and presentations of the project use cases. The two-day event established a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and next steps, laying the foundation for effective collaboration throughout the project’s lifetime.
